The service our products support

AdvisoryIntegrationProgramme ownership

Products make the service repeatable.
They do not replace it.

Built to orchestrate

Carry the programme.
Keep the knowledge.

Control and intelligence for the work under way.

Programme delivery

AXiS

Independent delivery intelligence

Control delivery.
Not just reporting.

AXiS brings programme control and reporting into one evidence-led view. Track milestones, schedule, budget, scope and SLA performance across multi-party delivery.

  • Milestones
  • Conformance
  • Reporting

No operational data. Not part of the delivered systems.

SPYNE

The organisational knowledge spine

Keep the knowledge.
Build on the experience.

SPYNE turns your own documents into governed organisational knowledge. Ask source-cited questions, review documents, build compliance matrices and reuse content for the next proposal.

  • Source-cited answers
  • Document review
  • Reusable knowledge

Local deployment keeps documents within your organisation.

Retain the record.
Strengthen readiness.

Enduring capability that stays in the client's hands.

ARCA

Sovereign operational data record

Systems change.
Your record stays.

ARCA preserves an independent operational record across sites and system vendors. Read-only by design, with ARCA One visibility, long-term history and recovery exports under your control.

Defence deployments remain separate from civil products.

Discuss WARLAB

Across all four

Aria.

One familiar assistant.
Each product's own records.

Ask in plain language. Get answers from the records inside the product you are using.

Example question · not a live assistant

“Which milestones need attention?”

Grounded in programme submissions and contracted milestones.
Separate client environments. No shared client data.

Hosted models or client-controlled infrastructure, according to deployment requirements. Defence deployments remain separate from civil products.

The AERXIO principle

Orchestrate.
Not possess.

Knowledge, records and capability should stay with the institution that depends on them.

01

The client owns it.

Systems, data, documentation and trained people stay with the client.

02

Where you need it.

Client-controlled infrastructure. Disconnected where required.

03

Vendor independence.

No product should tie you to a single vendor's systems.

04

Evidence over assertion.

Answers, reports and readiness states trace back to records.

A few essentials

Clear by design.

What does each AERXIO product do?

AXiS supports programme control and reporting. SPYNE provides governed organisational knowledge and document intelligence. ARCA preserves operational records. WARLAB supports sovereign staff training and wargaming.

Is Aria a fifth product?

No. Aria is the assistant inside each AERXIO product. It answers in plain language from that product's own records. Client environments remain separate; Aria is not a shared pool of client data.

Can the products run within our environment?

Deployment is scoped to your requirements. The portfolio supports client-controlled infrastructure and disconnected operation where required. WARLAB is deployed separately from the civil products.
