Limited technical events such as form type, route, anonymous session ID and validation or submission status. These events intentionally exclude names, email addresses and message text.

How We Use It

Assess and respond to enquiries, briefing requests and partnership discussions.
Protect forms from misuse and assess whether submission, acknowledgement and routing journeys operate correctly.

Retention

Contact enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last substantive interaction.
The external form processor may temporarily process or retain submissions as required to deliver its service and under its own privacy terms.

Sharing & Processing

AERXIO does not sell information submitted through its website.
Website form data is transmitted over HTTPS to FormSubmit, the external form-processing service used to deliver submissions to info@aerxio.com. Review FormSubmit privacy information.
Access is limited to personnel or service providers who need it for the stated purpose.

Analytics & Storage

The website uses session storage to remember form context, create an anonymous session identifier and retain a short browser-side event buffer for quality assurance.
Analytics hooks use the browser dataLayer and custom events. No external analytics platform is connected in this package, and the events exclude names, email addresses, enquiry text.
No advertising profile is created from form submissions, and no form content is used for behavioural advertising.
